A spacious villa with sea views situated approximately 300 metres from the beautiful beach of Punta Prima. This is a lively resort with a sandy beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and a regular bus service to Mahon. The nearest town, Sant Lluis, is only 10 minutes away by car, as are other south coast beaches. The journey from the airport to the villa takes approximately 20 minutes.

Large patio doors lead out from the lounge and kitchen to a shaded terrace and barbeque area, furnished with a large table and benches, ideal for outdoor dining.  The pool has roman steps, measures approximately 9m x 4m and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces. There is also a small pergola furnished with table and chairs in the corner of the garden.

This property is home for most of the year and therefore well equipped with modern furnishings. Four of the six bedrooms have air conditioning as do the lounge/dining room and kitchen – functioning on a timer in the afternoon and at night. The house is built on two floors with an additional bedroom in the attic.

It is about a 5 minute walk down to the resort of Punta Prima which has a variety of bars, restaurants and shops and is an ideal destination for families. Car hire is not essential.
