Attractive modern villa with spectacular views over the Son Bou coastline.  It has air conditioning. There are comfortable well thought out furnishings.  The upstairs covered terrace with built in barbeque is wonderful for outside dining whilst enjoying that amazing vista.

Location is at the top of the hill.  Good for those wanting the thrill of San Jaime but also the peace of being a little apart in Torre Soli Nou.  Well situated for easy access to and from Son Bou but a car is necessary.   You can however, walk to two local hotels in about 5 minutes.  The Es Jardin has a small but good supermarket.   It is only a few minutes drive to the centre of San Jaime and the beach.  It would take about 15 minutes to walk down but longer on the way back up the hill.

If you are taking minimum luggage you could hire beach towels from reception 3€ each per week plus 5€ refundable deposit.
