The layout of the house has been designed with maximum comfort for visitors in mind.  The upstairs living/dining area has an air conditioning unit as does the downstairs hallway. There is a separate living area leading onto the patio, with TV – ideal for teenagers or grandparents to have their own space.

The common area is located on the upper floor, complete with living room – dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a twin bedroom , separate bathroom and the outdoor laundry room.  The stairs to the lower level are gated.  This floor also has the covered terrace with an area for barbecues while you contemplate the beautiful sea view.

On the lower floor there is one twin bedroom, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds, separate bathroom,  as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Easy fairly flat walk to the shops, (about 10 minutes) bars and restaurants of San Jaime and about a further 10 minutes to the beach
